Supervises, performs and inspects maintenance on AVENGER system and associated components.

Perform duties in preceding skill levels, supervises lower rank soldiers and provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties; supervises and coordinates unit level, direct support and general support maintenance on AVENGER systems, associated trainers, test equipment and power generation equipment; supervises calibration of electronic equipment associated with the AVENGER system; performs inspections of system maintenance; ensures quality control measures are implemented; performs and supervises duties performed at preceding levels of skill; implements quality control measures, determines faulty work practices and demonstrates proper maintenance and troubleshooting techniques; establishes workloads and repair priorities; establishes and maintains maintenance records; supervises maintenance and inspection teams; instructs lower ranking personnel in the technical aspects of the Patriot system; prepares maintenance and supply forms; performs and supervises duties performed at preceding levels of skill; recommends procedures for receipt, storage, inspection, testing and repair of items; organizes maintenance teams; prepares maintenance reports; performs and supervises duties performed at preceding levels of skill; recommends procedures for receipt, storage, inspection, testing and repair of items; organizes maintenance teams; prepares maintenance reports.

Performs and supervises duties performed at preceding levels of skill; implements quality control measures, determines faulty work practices and demonstrates proper maintenance and troubleshooting techniques; establishes workloads and repair priorities; establishes and maintains maintenance records; supervises maintenance and inspection teams; instructs lower ranking personnel in the technical aspects of the Patriot system; prepares maintenance and supply forms; performs and supervises duties performed at preceding levels of skill; recommends procedures for receipt, storage, inspection, testing and repair of items; organizes maintenance teams; prepares maintenance reports; performs and supervises duties performed at preceding levels of skill; recommends procedures for receipt, storage, inspection, testing and repair of items; organizes maintenance teams; prepares maintenance reports; provides advice and makes recommendations to the commander and staff on all matters pertaining to enlisted soldiers and their families; accompanies the commander on inspections, visits and ceremonies; assists in inspection of command activities, facilities and personnel as prescribed by the commander; ensures adherence to command policies; holds First Sergeants' or Sergeants' Major call to announce information and instruction; ensures that newly assigned enlisted personnel are instructed in military courtesy, customs of the service and command regulations or policies; responsible for monitoring training or conducts training of enlisted soldiers; assesses training at all levels and provides feedback to appropriate commanders and leaders; provides counsel and guidance to NCOs and other enlisted soldiers of the command; responsible for and provides guidance on Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) and Non-Commissioned Officer Development Program (NCODP); inspects duties performed by subordinate NCOs; notes discrepancies and initiates appropriate corrective action; assists in reception of visitors to the command; serves as president or member of command promotion board or removal board for NCOs, as authorized by regulations; sits as chairperson or member of a command's "Military Member of the Quarter/Year" competition for enlisted soldiers or NCOs, as directed by local regulations; responsible for quality, control and training of noncommissioned officer evaluation reports (NCOER) while ensuring timely submissions; reviews evaluation reports to determine compliance with policies and procedures and recommends corrective actions on deficiencies to commanders, other leaders and rating officials; performs other duties prescribed by the commander; assists in the professional development of junior and company grade officer.

Performs quality control measures; performs maintenance adjustments on test equipment; serves on maintenance and inspection teams; inspects, tests and adjusts components to specific tolerances; determines shortcomings and malfunctions in electronic, electrical and cryogenic assemblies, modules and circuit elements using system associated equipment; removes and replaces defective line replaceable units (LRU), including interconnecting cables; determines serviceability and disposition of assemblies, subassemblies and parts; removes and installs servomotor/Azimuth Gear Assembly; prepares maintenance and supply forms; supervises lower rank soldiers and provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties; provides technical assistance to supported units; installs equipment modifications; provides technical guidance to the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties; establishes workload and repair priorities; recommends procedures for receipt, storage, inspection, testing and repair of the AVENGER system and its components; implements quality control measures; maintains maintenance records and prepares maintenance reports.
