Supervises or provides maintenance support on EW/I systems and assemblies.

Performs duties shown in preceding skill levels; manages and leads companies and major MI maintenance, training and logistic activities; responsible for all aspects of maintenance integration operations; determines training, maintenance and repair priorities based on personnel, equipment and supply resources and unit requirements; when assigned to staff positions, prepares technical studies, special reports, correspondence and records pertaining to maintenance and integration operations; assist in planning, establishing and maintaining the logistical support infrastructure of MI systems and equipment during design, development, deployment and sustainment; advise senior leaders on maintenance concepts, requirements and system life-cycle policies and procedures; provides advice and makes recommendations to the commander and staff on all matters pertaining to enlisted soldiers and their families; accompanies the commander on inspections, visits and ceremonies; assists in inspection of command activities, facilities and personnel as prescribed by the commander; ensures adherence to command policies; holds First Sergeants' or Sergeants' Major call to announce information and instruction; ensures that newly assigned enlisted personnel are instructed in military courtesy, customs of the service and command regulations or policies; responsible for monitoring training or conducts training of enlisted soldiers; assesses training at all levels and provides feedback to appropriate commanders and leaders; provides counsel and guidance to NCOs and other enlisted soldiers of the command; responsible for and provides guidance on Non-Commissioned Officer Education System (NCOES) and Non-Commissioned Officer Development Program (NCODP); inspects duties performed by subordinate NCOs; notes discrepancies and initiates appropriate corrective action; assists in reception of visitors to the command; serves as president or member of command promotion board or removal board for NCOs, as authorized by regulations; sits as chairperson or member of a command's Military Member of the Quarter/Year competition for enlisted soldiers or NCOs, as directed by local regulations; responsible for quality, control and training of noncommissioned officer evaluation reports (NCOER) while ensuring timely submissions; reviews evaluation reports to determine compliance with policies and procedures and recommends corrective actions on deficiencies to commanders, other leaders and rating officials; performs other duties prescribed by the commander; assists in the professional development of junior and company grade officer.

Maintains, integrates and operates computers, Information Technology Media, fiber-optics, data storage devices, distributed processing networks (DPN) and associated peripherals, receivers, transmitters, modulators, demodulators, multiplexers, demultiplexers, communication and data links, sensors, power supplies, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS); maintains and integrates radar and imagery, electronic satellite communications, collection, processing, dissemination and direction finding (DF) equipment using specialized test measurement and diagnostic equipment (TMDE); performs pre-mission operational checks on MI aerial platforms; log maintenance/integration man hours in accordance with The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS); supervises and leads teams of MI system maintainers/integrators; diagnoses and corrects malfunctions in MI systems; performs quality control of maintenance documents and procedures; perform critical alignment and calibration procedures on MI systems; installs, maintains and configures a DPN; supervise the operation and proper use of TMDE; establishes interconnectivity between MI dissemination systems; maintains maintenance facility technical library; supervises and leads sections or squads of MI systems maintainers integrators; analyzes and corrects malfunctions within computer-controlled MI systems; administers, maintains and conducts Information Assurance on a DPN; supervises calibration and shop safety programs; analyzes recurring faults in MI systems and recommends modifications; serves as the quality assurance/control inspector for MI systems maintenance; maintains maintenance and integration annexes for unit Standing Operating Procedures; maintains equipment repair and maintenance schedules for unit systems; oversees repair parts stockage levels; assigns priority of work for job requests; performs as system integrators and network managers for various MI systems; implement configuration management policies and procedures.
