Conducts inspections and tests to determine serviceability of conventional and nonnuclear special ammunition, ammunition components, and related package materials.

Conducts inspections and tests to determine serviceability of conventional and nonnuclear special ammunition, ammunition components, and related package materials.

Serves as principal advisor on ammunition surveillance and safety matters; apply doctrine, regulations, and directives to ammunition operations; supervise or advise on ammunition packaging and rigging loads for movement by all types of transportation; inspect operations and area to evaluate safety and efficiency of work; institute corrective action; supervise ammunition related ADP operations; perform principal noncommissioned officer duties associated with SQI M; perform the duties of a 4 skill level MOSC in CMF 55; assist in surveying allotted areas for establishment of ammunition installations, including administrative areas; lay out and evaluate facilities for ammunition storage operations; recommend employment of technical assistance teams; plan requirements for labor, equipment, and supplies; instruct in application of work policies and procedures; assist in preparation of plans, policies, and procedures; prepare or review evaluations and reports on operational training matters; analyze ammunition stock with automatic data processing assistance.

Apply doctrine, regulations, and directives to ammunition operations; supervise or advise on ammunition packaging and rigging loads for movement by all types of transportation; inspect operations and area to evaluate safety and efficiency of work; institute corrective action; supervise ammunition related ADP operations; perform principal noncommissioned officer duties associated with SQI M; perform the duties of a skill level 4 MOSC in CMF 55; assist in surveying allotted areas for establishment of ammunition installations, including administrative areas; lay out and evaluate facilities for ammunition storage operations; recommend employment of technical assistance teams; plan requirements for labor, equipment, and supplies; instruct in application of work policies and procedures; assist in preparation of plans, policies, and procedures; prepare or review evaluations and reports on operational training matters; analyze ammunition stock with automatic data processing assistance; provides advice and makes recommendations to the commander and staff on all matters pertaining to enlisted personnel and their families; accompanies the commander on inspections and visits and at ceremonies; assists in inspection of command activities facilities and personnel as prescribed by the commander; holds First Sergeants' or Sergeants' Major call to announce information and instructions; insures that newly assigned enlisted personnel are instructed in military courtesy, customs of the service, and command regulations or policies; provides counsel and guidance to NCOs and other enlisted personnel of the command; inspects duties performed by subordinate NCOs; notes discrepancies and initiates appropriate corrective action; assists in reception of visitors to the command; sits as president or member of command promotion board for NCOs, as authorized by regulations; performs other duties prescribed by the commander.
