Coordinates with higher and subordinate units for employment of TUAV missions.
Performs all duties outlined in preceding skill levels; serves as the subject matter expert.

Supervise TUAV operations, to include mission planning, mission payload operation, launching, remotely piloting, and recovering; maintains a detailed knowledge of airspace requirements to plan flight missions within acceptable mission profiles; coordinates with higher and subordinate units for employment of TUAV missions; develops and implements a TUAV standardization and safety program per all applicable regulations; establishes and maintains a unit level Aircrew Training Program; supervises employment of TUAVs to conduct air reconnaissance/target detection or target engagement.
