Assignments in the Financial Resource Management specialty can begin at the Lieutenant grade to afford officers the opportunity to complete other career goals before entering the field; Once in the specialty several subspecialties include Comptroller, Financial Management, Fiscal Operations, Supply and Inventory Management, Supply Operations, Contracting and Resale Programs.
