Small computer systems operator/programmer designs and develops microcomputer application program and systems. The Marine also provides customer assistance in dealing with the products of computer programs; deletes or upgrades outdated systems, troubleshoots programs, loads and installs custom and commercial software, and maintain programmer libraries.
